1. Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the purchase, use, and delivery of Chat Boxes provided by Access to Communication Limited ("we," "us," or "our") to clients. By purchasing our Chat Boxes, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
2. Purchase and Payment
All orders must be placed through our official channels, and payment is required at the time of purchase. Accepted payment methods include Pay Pal, Apple pay, Google pay and Debit Card. A confirmation email with order details will be sent once payment is completed.
3. Shipping and Collection
- Postage: A flat fee of £8.95 applies to all Chat Box orders shipped within the UK.
- Local Delivery: Free delivery is available within the Torbay area.
- Click & Collect: Orders can be collected from our office base on Mondays between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm. Contact us to arrange a collection appointment.
4. Returns Policy
- Eligibility for Return: Chat Boxes may be returned within 30 days of purchase if they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
- Conditions for Return: Returns are accepted for products that are defective, incorrect, or arrive damaged, pending inspection. Returns due to preference or product dissatisfaction are also accepted; however, a restocking and delivery fee may apply.
- Process for Return: Contact us at info@accesstocommunication.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the item with your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (e.g., photos of damage). Once approved, return shipping instructions and tracking details will be provided.
- Refund Processing: Refunds are issued back to the original payment method after receipt and inspection of the returned item. Processing typically takes 7-10 business days.
- Exchanges: Defective or damaged Chat Boxes may be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability. If unavailable, a full refund will be offered.
- Exclusions: Customized or personalized Chat Boxes are not eligible for return, except in cases of defect or damage.
5. Warranty and Liability
We ensure that our Chat Boxes meet high-quality standards. For any defect or issue within 30 days of receiving the product, please contact us for assistance. Our liability is limited to the replacement or refund of defective products, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages resulting from use.
