Access to Communication Limited: Chat Boxes: Returns Policy
1. Eligibility for Return
- Chat Boxes can be returned within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unused, in original condition, and include all packaging, accessories, and documentation.
2. Conditions for Return
- Returns are eligible for products that are defective, incorrect, or arrive damaged. A full inspection will be conducted to verify these conditions.
- Returns due to user preference (e.g., product dissatisfaction) will be accepted, though a restocking and delivery fee may apply.
3. Process for Return
- Contact us at info@accesstocommunication.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the item. Provide your order number, reason for return, and any supporting documentation (photos of damage if applicable).
- Once the return is approved, we will send return shipping instructions and details for tracking.
4. Refund Processing
- Refunds will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the returned item. Allow 7-10 business days for processing once received.
- Refunds are issued back to the original payment method.
5. Exchanges
- Defective or damaged Chat Boxes can be exchanged for the same item, subject to availability.
- If the product is out of stock, an option for a full refund will be offered.
6. Exclusions
- Customized or personalized Chat Boxes may not be eligible for return, except in cases of defect or damage.
